Step 1: Discovery Call & Alignment
We’ll hop on a quick call (or exchange emails) to get aligned on

✔️ Scope of work + deliverables
✔️ Timeline, usage rights, and brand requirements
Step 2: Contract & Deposit
Once we're aligned, I’ll send over a contract and invoice
✔️ Agree on terms and sign contract
✔️ A 50% retainer is required to reserve your spot
✔️ Payment methods: Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Direct Deposit
Step 3: Product delivery & Planning
Product involved? Ship it. If not, I’ll jump right in
✔️ Ship a product (if necessary) and get me any other assets needed for the shoot
✔️ You provide a script or I draft one / story idea
✔️ Once story/script is approved, I get started!
Step 4: Draft Delivery + Revisions
When I’m finished creating…
✔️ You'll receive a watermarked draft for review
✔️ Need tweaks? 1 revision round is always included (not including reshoots).
Step 5: Final Delivery
Once final payment is received, your videos will be delivered, polished and ready to post

✔️ Optimized for your chosen platform
Step 6: Ongoing Support
If we’re a good fit (and we usually are!), I offer ongoing content packages

We’ll connect briefly to align on goals, audience, creative direction, deliverables, timeline, and usage rights before we begin.
Step 2: Contract & Deposit
Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A 50% retainer is required to reserve your spot, and payment can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or direct deposit.
Step 3: Product delivery & Planning
If there’s a product, ship it over—otherwise, I’ll dive right in. Send any remaining assets, and once we’ve approved the script or concept, I’ll get to work!
Step 4: Draft Delivery + Revisions
You’ll get a watermarked draft to review, with one round of revisions included to make any needed tweaks before final delivery.
Step 5: Final Delivery
Once final payment is received, I’ll deliver your fully edited videos—polished, platform-optimized, and ready to post.
Step 6: Ongoing Support
If we’re a good fit (and we usually are!), I offer ongoing monthly UGC packages to keep your content fresh and consistent.
